Refund/Exchange Policy

1. No Refunds:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases. Once a transaction is completed, refunds will not be processed.
2. No Exchanges:
Exchanges are not accepted. Please make sure you are satisfied with your purchase before completing the transaction.
3. Defective Items:
If you receive a defective product or a product damaged during transit, you may request a replacement. To do so:
- Contact Customer Care via the Contact Us page within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
- Provide a picture or video of the defective product to assist in evaluating the issue.
- Upon verification, we will arrange for a recall of the defective item and ship a replacement within 24-48 hours.
4. Return Conditions:
- We accept returns only if the product has manufacturing defects or was damaged during transit.
- We will bear the cost of returning the defective product and replacing it with a new one.
- International returns are not eligible for free shipping.
- To initiate a return, email us at . If accepted, we will arrange a pickup and ship a new product as a replacement.
5. Return Procedure:
- Our Customer Care team will respond to your email within 24-48 working hours and arrange a reverse pickup.
- Ensure the product is packed appropriately (using original packaging or a strong box) to prevent damage during transit. Products received damaged in transit will not qualify for a refund and will be sent back to you at your expense.
- After receiving the returned product, our team will perform a quality check. Refunds will be processed within 24-48 working hours if all return criteria are met.
6. Damage Policy:
- Report any damage within 24 hours of receiving your item.
- Provide a picture or video of the damage for evaluation and processing of the replacement.
7. Non-Eligible Returns:
- Returns for size issues or color discrepancies are not accepted. Dimensions and color information are provided in the product description.
- If a customer desires a refund, they must ship the product back at their own expense. We do not support shipping costs for returns.
- If the product does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return request.
8. Cancellation Policy:
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any cancellation fee.
- Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, follow the return and refund process as outlined above.
- Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation.
- To cancel an order, contact us at with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be provided.
